My Life as a Multi-Sport Athlete tridoug
Welcome to a peek into my life as a multi-sport athlete…
…I am not a coach, nutritionist, sports medicine professional or doctor. I AM a triathlete, long-distance runner and long-distance cyclist. The information provided here is based on my own experiences as a triathlete/runner/cyclist, as well as some interesting articles on training or nutrition that I may have come across. Occasionally, I may even talk about a particular product or service that I’ve had good experience with. If I inspire you to get exercising and participate in a sport, that’s great(!), but as always, before you start ANY physical activity, you should seek medical advice from a physician.
So take a look at my blog and read a post or two (and maybe leave a comment), and also check out a photo gallery or two for some cool race photos of me and my friends and teammates! You may find some valuable information in here that may save you a headache or two in your own triathlon plans, or read about a cool product or the perfect nutrition plan. You never know until you take a peek into my life as a multi-sport athlete!
